Her out of the box thinking, resourceful methods, one on one consulting, coaching, Mastermind Course, The Best Ways to Educate the Dyslexic Mind and her Strategic Guide: 15 Better Ways to Educate the Dyslexic Mind, and sought after Mastermind Global Think Tank is the Blackbook standard of the finest minds in the assessment, remediation, and strategies for Language Learning Differences.
Dawn Baeszler is the Parent of two children who have language learning differences. Her education is law, however, through her years of coaching and legislative activism, and experience, she has gleaned a specific perception toward finding strategies and continuing to search for pathways leading parents and schools to the right resources, professionals, and institutions to find the right answers specific to each individual child's needs.
Her one on one coaching is known globally. She helps parents conquer fears, gain skills and empowerment and credibility to navigate their children's IEP process and achieve an action plan of educational success for students with Dyslexia.
Her efforts to champion the cause, and her stand on zero tolerance and frustration for curriculum shortfalls in the public school has lead to a comprehensive Training and Professional Development Platform for teachers and schools, a positive shift toward advocating the gifts and talents of Children who learn differently. She is a true leader, positively impacting the cause to advance and empower Language Learning Differences.
"My journey began 10 years ago. Two children with Dyslexia, Auditory Processing and Executive functioning diagnosis and years spent making a lot mistakes, wasting crucial time, wasting thousands of dollars, years of sifting through mountains of information, finding answers and years researching and collecting top tier resources. Those resources became my children's lifeline. I learned a lot of strategies and information that became vital to my children's success. I began to get a lot of people calling me for help. I began to train educators because my children went to private schools that offered real solutions with proven methods. I coached parents to become empowered. I listened and heard hundred's of stories so similar, parents who were desperate, teachers who were frustrated because they were never given any courses in college to help Dyslexic students, parents overwhelmed by the unknown, the decisions, IEP's with accommodations that were not effective. Teachers and Child Study Teams Vs Parents during school meetings, not knowing who to trust, no access to special expensive private schools, confused about the process, and parents scared to make educational mistakes for their children.
Schools, teachers and parents are frustrated and the ones suffering are the kids. All parties need guidance, navigation, resources. TIme is limited. Students who don't learn to read by third grade will most likely never catch up. Elementary years are foundations.
You have five crucial years to help children close the gap when they are falling behind. Those years cannot be spent being lost or fighting the system. That's why I decided to take action and create a global professional training course, used to help teachers and schools gain skills, tools and knowledge to offer The Best Ways to Teach Dyslexic Minds.
